Knit Up and Dye Episode 95 - Not Too Much
Really haven't done much knitting this past week, but I'm on the mend and finally back to working through my design process. I do discuss my experiences with depression in this episode, and offer encourage anyone struggling in their lives to reach out, as well as for all of us to extend kindness to others, as small things can make a huge impact in the lives of others.
